Job description

We are looking for a Rock Star Front Office Receptionist/ Manager, Treatment Coordinator.

Core Competencies:

  • Bilingiual ( English/ Spanish) is a must!
  • Minimum of 1 year dental front office experience
  • CPR Certification
  • Prior knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
  • Billing expertise
  • Marketing

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!)
  • Impeccable organization for record keeping.
  • A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
  • Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
  • Mastery in insurance, billing, payments, and scheduling preferred.
  • Ability to help in back if needed.
  • Experiencerience with Marketing preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient appointments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
