We are looking for a Rock Star Front Office Receptionist/ Manager, Treatment Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient appointments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient service
