To assist administrator/manager in operational direction (including both clerical and clinical functions) of a MyChildren's primary care practice in collaboration with the Practice Manager. Working in collaboration with the practice manager, the Team Lead develops strategies, sets objectives and allocates appropriate resources in providing the highest quality of care, a safe patient environment, efficient patient flows and excellent service to patients and their families.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience: Two years of MA or LVN experience

* Education: Completion of an MA or LVN program

* License: LVN preferred

* Certification: AHA BLS/CPR
