Children’s Service Center’s Autism/Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program is designed to enhance the behavioral, social, communication, and adaptive functioning of children, youths, and young adults with a DSM-V or ICD diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other mental health/behavioral health diagnosis.
A behavior analyst’s position consists of clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult; development and revision of the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP); oversight of the implementation of the ITP and consultation with a child's, youth's or young adult's treatment team regarding the ITP. Behavior Analytic services also include functional analysis.

Qualifications:
Individuals who provide ABA services through behavior analytic services shall be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
Must pass Safe Crisis Management Training (physical and theory), upon hire and then annually as a condition of employment. Other requirements include:
