Job Description:

• We're seeking fun, energetic, and customer service-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team.
• Your role will involve assisting customers with their uniform needs, recommending suitable products, and helping them explore our gift section.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in bonus programs for excellent performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm for toys, games, and gift items is a plus.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Effective communication and active listening abilities.
• Sales and persuasion skills to help customers find the right products.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
