Job Summary: The Data Entry Tech will run the daily functions of the compliance department. . The position requires 100% data entry integrity and compliance with all contracted programs; including, but not limited to, Federal, State and internal operating policies and procedures.

Summary of essential job functions

Data Entry

• Responsible to enter and maintain all data operating systems including but not limited to Paylocity, Guardian, Child Plus and Quickbooks. 
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with all governing Federal, State local and internal regulations, and policies and procedures. 
• Support the departments in preparing data reports, analyzing data for trends, and presenting findings to senior leadership. 
• Maintains employee files, process employee status changes, and keeps employee records up-to-date. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
• 1 year of Data Entry experience required. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or have the ability to quickly learn the organizations employee management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
