Minimum Requirements
Education and/or Experience
¨ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, human services, psychology, or related field
Ø Official transcripts are a mandatory requirement.
¨ Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or mental health experience is preferred.
¨ Excellent case management and organizational skills is a must.
¨ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
¨ Requires the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others.
¨ A working knowledge of mental health and other co-occurring disorders in children and adolescents is preferred.
General Purpose of Job (Full Job Description will be provided upon interview)
¨ For those children requiring a higher level of care, this position will assist in the coordination of placement into therapeutic or developmental services foster care or residential care settings, as well as monitor child’s progress and help with discharge planning.
¨ Attend and assist with placement meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Ø Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s license check is required, with proof of insurance
Ø No special certification or registration is required for this position
Ø Drug Screening is required
Ø E-Verify (US Citizenship Verification) is required
Ø Criminal background screening mandatory (Local Law/FBI/FDLE) and Abuse Registry
