**Job Overview:** We are seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp program. Camp Counselors will be responsible for supervising and engaging campers in various activities to ensure a fun and safe experience. **Duties:** - Lead and participate in recreational activities, such as sports, arts and crafts, and nature walks - Supervise campers during meals, field trips, and other daily activities - Provide guidance and support to campers to promote personal growth and development - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times - Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement daily schedules **Qualifications:** - Experience working with children in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques - Background in early childhood education, special education, or related fields is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with campers, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for campers of diverse backgrounds Joining our team as a Camp Counselor offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
