Under the direction of the Speech Director/Division Chair, the Speech-Language Pathologist II will be responsible to evaluate speech/language of children and provide remediation for children with communication disorders.
Minimum Education
Master's Degree Speech-Language Pathology (Required)Minimum Work Experience
4 years
Pediatric acute/inpatient experience is required.
Required Skills/Knowledge
Demonstrated flexibility in the evaluation process. Shows knowledge of counseling techniques. Shows empathy and caring. Demonstrates knowledge of theoretical application. Demonstrates knowledge of cultural and linguistic diversity. Must be available for student/trainee to shadow daily responsibilities. Triages questions from staff, outside hospitals and physicians.Required Licenses and Certifications
