The Position:

We're looking for a full time medical receptionist who will answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform assignments as needed to keep the medical office running smoothly.

• Interact in a professional, friendly, welcoming and warm manner with children and their families
• Apply exceptional customer service skills
• Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
• Provide information to callers, guests and patients
• Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
• Communicate effectively with parents, providers and staff

Who Should Apply?

Qualified applicants:

• At least 1 year experience in the healthcare field
• Medical assistant preferred
• Superb customer service skills
• A professional, welcoming demeanor and very personable
• Familiarity with insurance types
• Strong organizational skills
• Possess structure, attention to detail, and flexibility
