This manager will work closely with and report to the Director of the Center for Craniofacial Innovation and the Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. It is essential that this manager is effective working across disciplines and groups to integrate clinical and research culture, personnel and operations.What you will do
  • Manage program strategy, planning and operations
  • Oversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care
  • Lead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability
  • Establish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences
  • Oversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics
  • Provide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections
  • Oversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools
  • Assist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacy
  • Hire, train, manage and develop staff
  • Other duties and initiatives as needed

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least seven (7) years clinical program related experience Required
  • At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required
  • At least five (5) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred

  • Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
