this is a full time 12 hour days (07-19) ED tech position in our Trauma 1 Pediatric EDTC (Emergency Department Trauma Center)

Looking for a candidate who is passionate about best and safest care for kids and families.

One year experience in Pediatrics, Emergency Department or Urgent Care, strongly preferred.

Administers care to patients and performs various patient care activities and tasks in collaboration with and under the direction of emergency medicine providers and nurses. Collaborates with other staff members in the performance of duties. Complies with all established standards and practices.
Current Wisconsin EMT, Paramedic or Medical Assistant certification is required.
Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). Successful completion of a state approved Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), or Paramedic program or course, or graduate of Medical Assistant Program (Clinical Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or Registered Medical Assistant)
