Summary of Essential Duties:
Commitment to advancing ethical practice and ensuring the well-being of youth. Skilled in compiling information, coordinating services, and providing non-clinical input with the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Experienced in overseeing daily operations, conducting family orientations, offering case management, and facilitating psycho-educational activities. Maintains consistent contact with the youth's team, advocates for clients, and ensures meticulous file management. Ready to contribute expertise to your team and enhance the comprehensive well-being of youth.
Responsibilities include:
  • Compile youth information and documentation.
  • Coordinate services and collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
  • Supervise staff and oversee house operations.
  • Conduct family orientation, provide case management, and conduct psycho-educational activities.
  • Maintain contact with the youth's Multi-Disciplinary Team.
  • Provide advocacy and referral/linkage to treatment services.
  • Manage file records and participate in treatment conferences.
  • Document contacts and coordinate staff scheduling.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field with three (3) years of supervisory experience and relevant experience working with individuals facing Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) challenges.
  • Alternatively, an unlicensed master's degree practitioner with at least one year of relevant experience is also considered.
