Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services is Hiring a Program Manager Near Willingboro, NJ
- Compile youth information and documentation.
- Coordinate services and collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Supervise staff and oversee house operations.
- Conduct family orientation, provide case management, and conduct psycho-educational activities.
- Maintain contact with the youth's Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Provide advocacy and referral/linkage to treatment services.
- Manage file records and participate in treatment conferences.
- Document contacts and coordinate staff scheduling.
- Salary base salary $45,000

- A relevant Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field with three (3) years of supervisory experience and relevant experience working with individuals facing Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) challenges.
- Alternatively, an unlicensed master's degree practitioner with at least one year of relevant experience is also considered.
