Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and two (2) years of experience working with children; or
• Two (2) years of college and three (3) years of experience working with children; or
• Five (5) years of experience working in child welfare without a post-secondary degree.

Job Summary

Children’s Home Network seeks an experienced individual to supervise operations in its teen boys cottage on its residential campus in Tampa.

The CHN residential program serves children and youth in foster care ages 6-18 with onsite therapeutic interventions. Our 56-bed campus is divided into five cottages serving teen boys, teen girls, sibling groups, younger boys and girls, and children and youth with developmental conditions.

The ideal candidate for this position will bring experience working with children and youth, preferably in a residential setting and be familiar with practices of trauma-informed care and positive behavior intervention.
