Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about dental treatments, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring an exceptional experience from consultation to completion. If you are passionate about sales, patient education, and achieving goals while possessing dental knowledge, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance.
• Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with patients and families.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, dental procedures, and insurance regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dental treatment coordination or similar roles preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and treatment procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Comfortable working towards and meeting set goals and targets.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
