We are seeking an energetic DENTAL ASSISTANT to join our team of professionals with (or without) previous experience in the dental field for our multiple locations. Your focus will be to provide a positive experience for every patient and assist the doctor with all aspects of the visit including sterilization, x-rays, and patient education. If you are patient centered, enjoy working with kids and families, used to a fast paced, high-volume but fun working environment, we want you to be part of our team!

Qualifications:

  • Friendly & Energetic
  • Dependable
  • Organized & Detail-oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Spanish speaking is desirable but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
  • Provide oral hygiene education to patients and their parents
  • Sterilization of rooms and instruments
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Charting and documentation

Other required Qualifications:

  • CPR Certified
  • Dental Radiology License
  • Infection Control Certification
  • Dental Assistant Certificate
  • Coronal Polishing Certification
  • Pit & Fissure Sealant Certification
