As a Patient Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Our Patient Service Representative duties include administrative support such as customer service, scheduling and insurance verification. To be successful in this role, you must have a pleasant personality. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Scheduling
- Insurance eligibility and verification
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintaining schedule
- Collecting payment
