Children's Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Hernando, MS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is proficient in dental computer applications such KSB DOX. Experience in a dental office is a plus.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Serve as a personal assistant to management by handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role preferred
- Proficient in computer applications such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
