Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1 year of office experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a receptionist background.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Front Office Staff Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with enthusiasm.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Prepare patient charts and daily schedules for dental staff.
  • Update patient records and document treatments and procedures.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders via phone.
  • Communicate with medical insurance providers.
  • Verify payment methods and collect payments as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

Job Type:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • Competitive pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE plus benefits and monthly bonuses.
