Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related degree
• Strong collaborative, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Caregiver consultation and training on behavior and child development
• Supervision, program management and training
• Valid FL. driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Provide services across home, school and community settings
• Provide clinical direction, training and support to CBT RBT's
• Conduct FBA's and parent/caregiver education and training
• Develop assessment and treatment plan reports
• Collect behavioral data, complete daily clinical notes and case management
• Manage and update client programs
