We are a family owned business located in Canton Georgia. Second generation owners now graciously run the school while maintaining the original vision of being centered around faith and a love for children.

Children’s Academy of Hickory Flat aids Christian families in raising their children and reflecting on God’s presence in their daily thoughts, words, and actions. We focus on the whole child’s well-being by nurturing their minds, hearts, bodies, and souls.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Writing and implementing lesson plans
• Working closely with parents- including parent/teacher conferences
• Help maintain the facility in a safe and satisfactory condition
• Provide day to day supervision and support teacher assistants, substitutes and volunteers maintain a well organized, safe and attractive classroom
• Develop a positive relationship with each child and their family

Qualifications:

• Past childcare setting experience
• Pass a criminal background check

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
