Responsibilities:
- Educate and instruct students in various subjects, following the curriculum guidelines
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials to engage students and promote learning
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support student development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Experience in daycare, childcare, or early childhood education is preferred
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in tutoring
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
