Are you interested in providing support and advocating for families who may have similar experiences as you? Do you want to work as part of a team that makes a difference in the life of a young person? As a Family Peer Advocate for the Broome County Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program, you have the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps families with children ages 10-21 avoid hospitalizations and out-of-home placements by providing skills and support to youth and families to meet all of their needs and overcome their challenges.
