We are seeking a dynamic, professional and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing Orthodontic team! Our office strives to ensure that adequate access to dental care is available for patients of all ages, demographics, and dental needs.
Treatment Coordinator Job Overview:
The Treatment Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, and coordination of appointments.
Treatment Coordinator Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to communicate with others in a professional manner. Attention to detail is needed.
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:
This position requires travel to Peabody, Saugus, Lynn and other locations nearby-- Travel allowances are provided
