Childhelp is Hiring a Compliance Implementation Specialist (FT) Near Knoxville, TN

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing support to ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. Serves as an active and facilitative role in the measurement, analysis, planning, technical support and systemic improvement of the models of care. This position also collaborates with program leaders, practitioners, and support departments to promote the successful start-up, implementation and performance of assigned programs.
This position does not have direct reports.
Essential Functions: | % of Time | Essential/ Non-essential:
Facilitates and maintains quality implementation of program models Monitors and analyzes program performance and makes recommendations as appropriate Identifies challenges to quality and provides guidance on how to address challenges and limit model drift Assists in defining, operationalize, and implement best practices Utilizes Plan, Do, Check, Act as a continuous improvement framework Helps define, create, pull and analyzes program data sets Supports and facilitates the collaborative, development, and enhancement of key program processes and systems for the purpose of improved efficiencies Remains current on emerging trends and evidence based practices for potential program adaptations. Escalates issues to leadership when required. Facilitates the annual Program Alignment Planning process with program leadership Leads the navigation to access organizational resources and build consensus regarding program model implementation and continuous improvement efforts | 50 % | E1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Compliance Assists with contractual relationships and provides administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Assists with ensuring that service recipient files contain all required documents according to standards and contractual requirements. Assists in monitoring contracts and ensuring documentation completion within contractual timelines, under the direction of Sr. Director of Programs.Supports program staff by training, reviewing, and providing feedback on documentation requirements of contracts. Prepares reports for administrative review. Collaborates with Support Services to monitor regulatory compliance requirements and assist in activities in preparation for accreditation visits.Coordinates with program staff for onsite contract reviews as needed | 50% | E1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Requirements:
Education & Experience, Knowledge/Understanding:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field and one year of experience with youth and families.
  • One year experience working in compliance and/or regulatory services
  • Knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements, community resources, and service providers available in the geographical area
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, proficient with electronic Medical Records (Extended Reach preferred).
  • Creative and artistic skills, proven within a portfolio which must be provided
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills to include communicating clearly, effectively, tactfully, and patiently with a diverse population
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demeanor with the ability to build rapport and garner trust with others
Abilities:
  • Ability to apply a strong ethic of care and support.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries.
  • Ability to apply strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ablility to implement feedback.

Physical Demands:
  • In the course of performing the essential duties one must be able to exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
