Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are at least 21 years old and hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in North Carolina, which include the ability to pass a background check, have a BA degree in ECE or a related field, your level II administrative credential (level III preferred), and training in early childhood program administration, along with two years of childcare experience.

Your Role as a School Director:

As School Director at Childcare Network, you'll create a caring, inclusive environment, fostering respect among staff, parents, and children. Your main focus will be on safety, health, and

well-being, refining protocols and leading a team of educators with hands-on support. You'll drive enrollment growth and implement enriching activities to spark curiosity and love for learning. With adaptability, you'll navigate the demands of running the school, supported by our team to run your business confidently and proudly.
