We are seeking a proactive, high-volume Recruiter who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment. In this role, "high-volume" means managing approximately 120 hires per month, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns efficiently. Ideal candidates are process-oriented and have a strong background in customer service or related fields. You should also possess a deep passion for delivering exceptional service and continuously improving stakeholder and candidate experiences.
