This role offers you a chance to make a tangible difference in shaping the future of education.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive, high-volume Recruiter who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment. In this role, "high-volume" means managing approximately 120 hires per month, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns efficiently. Ideal candidates are process-oriented and have a strong background in customer service or related fields. You should also possess a deep passion for delivering exceptional service and continuously improving stakeholder and candidate experiences. Even if you don’t check every single box, if you feel excited by this role, we would love to see your application. Key qualifications include:

  • Communication Skills: You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, crucial for both internal collaboration and candidate interaction. You are an active listener who asks insightful questions, enabling you to understand and respond to the needs of both candidates and hiring managers effectively.

  • Team Collaboration: You are a team player who values and contributes to our collective goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail help you manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Initiative and Ownership: You take charge of your responsibilities and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • Technically Competent: You are proficient with digital tools and platforms, making you efficient in your role.
  • Physical Demands: While most of your work is sedentary in nature, involving significant periods of sitting at a desk or using a computer, your role requires the ability to independently travel to various locations occasionally We ensure reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions effectively.

While we know there is no such thing as the perfect candidate, the following qualifications will make your application stand out even more:

  • Have Experience with iCIMS: Familiarity with the iCIMS platform is highly beneficial, as it's integral to our recruitment processes.
  • Have High-Volume Recruiting Experience: You have a proven track record of managing and succeeding in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Have Sourced Staff in Hard-to-Reach Markets: You are skilled in finding and engaging talent in markets where candidates are scarce or hard to reach.
  • Have Experience in Education: While not mandatory, experience in educational settings or direct work with children enhances your understanding of the needs and dynamics of our schools.
  • Live in Raliegh or Atlanta: While living in Raleigh or Atlanta is beneficial, we are open to candidates residing in any area that has a Child Development School. Your proximity to our operations can enhance collaboration and accessibility.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Empower District Managers: You will collaborate with center directors and district managers, developing their skills and knowledge to enable them to independently create and execute effective localized sourcing and hiring plans for tough-to-staff markets.
  • Communicate and Suggest Improvements: You will serve as a proactive communicator, regularly suggesting process enhancements and efficiencies to management.
  • Enhance Candidate Interactions: Through your attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and thoughtfulness, you will enhance candidate interactions, ensuring that each step of the recruitment process is tailored to meet the highest standards and best practices.
  • Engage in Professional Development: You will stay ahead in competitive trends and compliance requirements through active learning and development.
  • Build Relationships and Analyze Data: You will maintain relationships with potential candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights.
