- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, nannying, or caregiving setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and implement classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
