Summary: The Child Mind Institute is seeking a Program Director for the "Global Fellowships" Initiative being launched within the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health at the Child Mind Institute (SNF-GC-CMI) to implement a range of projects through 2027. Established through a generous $55 million grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), the SNF-GC-CMI is a unique, exciting, multifaceted program. Working in the SNF-CMI GC will require creativity, imagination, and energy to build novel opportunities, technologies, and services, with the possibility of a vast impact on and transforming child and adolescent mental health. The Program Director of Global Fellowships will be responsible for creating innovative leadership programs for delivering solutions at scale and increasing capacity to treat and study child and adolescent mental disorders. The Global Fellowships Initiative will award fellowships in three distinct categories:
In alignment with the operations and strategy of the SNF-CMI GC, the Program Director will have overall responsibility for developing operational strategies and administrative systems required to ensure the short and long-term success of the Initiative. This includes oversight of strategic planning, operations, compliance and processes, employee engagement, finances, and outcome quality. The Program Director must have program (preferably fellowship) management and leadership experience along with the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. This position provides the opportunity to engage with a broad range of clinicians, policy-makers, researchers, and community leaders and will involve periodic international travel Reporting to the Managing Director of the SNF-CMI GC, this is an exempt, full-time position located in our NYC headquarters office.
