Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LFMT) to join our team as a Contract Therapist Licensed Professional Counselor.This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations across multiple locations in Dallas, Navarro, and surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide cognitive behavioral family oriented, individual and/or group therapeutic mental health services, medication training, parenting skills training, and case management services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements
  • Document all clinical interactions accurately and maintain professional certification/licensure
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and referrals
What you bring
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Texas State Board licensure as an LPC, LCSW or LFMT
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health, family counseling, or social work
  • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
