Head Start Classroom Aide - Paraprofessional

We're currently hiring for a full-time Head Start Classroom Aide - Paraprofessional to join our team and start earning $10.80/hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Depending on the location, schedules can range from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 9 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 2 PM, or 10 AM - 4 PM. With us, you'll have summers, weekends, and holidays off!

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

Imagine your day filled with meaningful interactions, supporting the educational journey of three- to five-year-olds in a safe and healthy environment. As a Head Start Classroom Aide - Paraprofessional, you will contribute to a positive classroom tone, assess child development, plan engaging activities, and promote safety and healthy habits. Your vital role includes maintaining administrative documentation, using Child Plus software for meal counts, and participating in family engagement. Join us in creating a stimulating environment where you'll supervise children, promote safety, and alert teachers to any concerns.

OUR IDEAL HEAD START CLASSROOM AIDE - PARAPROFESSIONAL

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety of office equipment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attentive to detail with great problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Having experience in the field of education is preferred but not required!
