* Proactively work with management and employees to support positive working relationships and retention strategies
* Partner with HR colleagues in operations, talent acquisition, and learning & development to ensure full leverage of all HR programs, policies, and systems available.
* Partner with leaders to define talent needs and ideal profiles; Support selection process for all open requisitions in assigned area/department
* Analyze trends in performance, employee engagement, retention, and DE&I and recommend solutions for improvement.
* Guide and coach leaders and employees through core HR processes such as performance management, salary review, and people development
* Coach people managers on how to anticipate and resolve issues in alignment with our global values & behaviors
* In coordination with leaders, define resource needs for the future according to the organization's strategic direction and workforce planning process.
* Lead and/or participate in Special Projects

* Manage competing priorities effectively
* 10 years of overall experience in HR and 5 years experience in an HR business partner role - Life Science industry and/or matrix organization is preferred
* Prior experience working in pharmaceuticals pre -launch and post-launch is strongly preferred.
* Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions with a strong emphasis on integration into the business model and culture
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Proven experience with HR metrics
* Broad understanding and knowledge of labor legislation in the US
