This position supports the Accounts Receivable Department by analyzing and resolving Customer's claimed deductions.
Timeline: May 2024 - August 2024
* Assist in reconciling current backlog of unapplied cash and adjusting customer accounts as necessary
* Research and resolve payment variances by partnering with the customer, account managers and customer service.
* Perform account reconciliations to determine gaps/inconsistencies in invoicing and payment applications
* Pursue outstanding accounts receivable balances.
* Send monthly statement of account to customers.
* Reconcile Loyalty Rebate customer accounts.
* Generate weekly loyalty rebate customer statements.
* No prior experience required
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and face-to-face communication.
* Currently enrolled in an Accounting or Finance degree program
