As a FOH Team Member , you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru areas, maintain cleanliness in all FOH areas, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character while demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
Our BOH Team Member s support the kitchen team in performing various tasks such as breading chicken, working the fryers, assembling sandwiches, washing fruits and vegetables, making salads, baking breads and desserts, etc. The ability to adhere to the highest level of food sanitation practices while cooking is a priority.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• BOH must be able to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• BOH works in a hot, noisy, and fast paced environment
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• FOH works in a fast-paced and hospitality focused environmentOutside shifts are required.
• Must work well under pressure while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work the entire shift on your feet
• Are you at least 15 years old?
