Chick-fil-A is looking for leaders with a passion for serving others and working in a fast paced, high intensity environment to join their LOFT (Leading Others For Tomorrow) Program. LOFT provides participants the unique opportunity to work with the operator of a multi-unit and multi-million dollar Chick-fil-A franchise, with the goal of developing emerging leaders to pursue their own Chick-fil-A franchise or a career within Chick-fil-A Corporate. Skills/Education Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree Required
