Are you an individual that believes that Associates are the lifeblood of a company? Are you someone who thrives working in a fast-paced team environment and aiding that company's associates? The HR Operations Specialist serves as the frontline of customer support within the HR Service Center and collaborates closely with the assigned HR Business Partner(s) at each of the Sonepar USA operating companies.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, this role serves as a primary lead in processing one or more of the Sonepar US operating company's payroll and handles many of the day-to-day administrative tasks and inquiries, including HR, Benefits, and Payroll related transactions.
This critical position is based in our Charleston, South Carolina office with working hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Our Charleston office operates in a hybrid work arrangement (3-days in office).
