This program is designed so that new employees spend the first 60 days focusing on what it means to be a Chick-fil-A Team Member- focusing on delivering hospitality, service, and care everywhere in the restaurant. During this time, you will train at each Front of House position. Upon completion of the New Hire Training Program, you may apply for our Leadership Development Program. Each leadership level brings more opportunities to supervise the overall guest experience, coach other team members, lead our teams, and take ownership of different aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• A people-oriented individual with a strong desire to develop leadership skills and serve with honor, dignity, and respect.
• An effective communicator
• Someone looking for training, guidance, and growth
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for brief and short distances. (50 lbs?? less than that??)
• Open availability between Monday-Saturday and the ability to work at least 35 hours per week is expected for applicants wishing to be considered.
• You will receive additional on the job training and development throughout your career with Chick-fil-A Thoroughbred/ Highway 96
