The secret ingredient is you! Customers love Chick-fil-A because of the Team Members who serve them. As our Operator says, "We are all team members first." This program is designed so that new employees spend the first 60 days focusing on what it means to be a Chick-fil-A Team Member- focusing on delivering hospitality, service, and care everywhere in the restaurant. During this time, you will train at each Front of House position. Upon completion of the New Hire Training Program, you may apply for our Leadership Development Program. Each leadership level brings more opportunities to supervise the overall guest experience, coach other team members, lead our teams, and take ownership of different aspects of the business.
