● Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
● Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
● Trains new Team Members and follow up to ensure they’re equipped for success.
● Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
● Responsible for assisting with inventory and facilities management
● Complete understanding of both the front and back of the restaurant
● Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes in the restaurant
● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.
● Leads and understands DT and DR operations.
