Role Summary: Front of House/Guest Experience Team Members serve in various areas including cash registers, drive-thru, and dining-room. While experience can be helpful, no experience is necessary. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others and working on a team. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Employment will begin mid/late Fall 2023. We anticipate that beginning the week of 4-SEP applicants will begin to be notified regarding decisions and/or next interview steps.

Note that the salary range listed is the range for starting pay only; it does not indicate the maximum pay for this position. Starting pay, within this range, is based upon factors including (i) availability and (ii) whether part-time/full-time.

General responsibilities:

• Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures for the handling and preparation of food
• welcome and greet guests
• take customer orders at registers or drive-thru (through headsets or outside order taking)
• maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room and other restaurant areas
• do your part to make each guest and every guest feel cared for
• deliver food to guests
• prepare desserts
• bag orders
• restock inventory
• address guest needs as they arise
