Chick-fil-A Sergeant Road is Hiring a Director of Recruiting Near Sioux, IA

The Director of Recruiting reports directly to the Executive Director of Talent & Admin., and ultimately to the GM and the Operator and is considered to be part of the Talent Team. The Director of Recruiting will keep in close collaboration with all levels of the Organizational Chart. More specifically the Executive Director of Recruiting will work closest with the Executive Director of Talent/Admin., Executive Director Team, Senior Directors of FOH and BOH. They will also collaborate with Directors and their teams for their Talent needs, while ensuring all areas of the Org Chart and Operations are functioning according to the vision of the Organization and within standards set by Chick-fil-A, Inc.

  • Specific Roles in the Organization:
Recruiting new Team Members in the community via on-line, community events, job fairs, schools, etc.
Consistent OPEN INTERVIEWS time in the restaurant
Restaurant Presence to identify recruitment opportunities within our Customer Base
Connections & Availability with Seasonal Team Members
Additional Support within the Talent and Sales & Brand Growth Teams
Screening & Interviewing
Support the Selection Process
Support the On-boarding Process
Support the Orientation Process
Weekly Compliance Reporting as assigned

  • Role Summary:
My role is to Fulfill & Support all Recruiting & Talent needs of the Organization. I support the Talent Team in Screening, Interviewing and the On-Boarding/Orientation Processes, while making CFA a 1st Class employment opportunity for PT students as well as long-term Career Opportunities in Sioux City and beyond.
  • Benefits:
