The applicant for Community Director should be cheerful, energetic, outgoing, smile a lot, caring, passionate, graceful, and organized. This applicant would model our Core Values of excellence, professionalism, growth, teamwork, ownership, and fun.
Starting Salary - $20 per hour. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Here are some of the roles for this job but not limited to: 
1. Work directly with the Executive Director as part of the care team on Team Member appreciation months and events, summer picnics, Christmas events, etc..
2. Work with the Executive Director and Talent Director on orientation for new team members.
3. Work in store operations on weekdays 11-2ish.
4. Work with our social media company on an output plan that creates excitement for new products, upcoming events, team member appreciation, etc.. 
5. Quarterly points awards for team members who have excellent performance over the past 90 days
6. Recognition of birthdays and employment anniversaries.
7. Work with the Operator on the implementation of community boards [1 in each restaurant].
8. Work with the restaurant team on the implementation of Point of Purchase boards [about 1 time per quarter x 1 hour].
9. Take the Cfa Cow to an event or host an event with the CfA Cow.
10. Donation requests over the website.
11. Order Digital Offer cards.
12. Work with the restaurant to receive flowers every 10 days. This is part of the caring culture for our guests.
13. Take deliveries when needed.
