Overview:
Are you passionate about planning and executing exciting events that create memorable experiences? Chick-fil-A Palm Coast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented role to join our team. As a team member in this role you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing community events and promotions to increase brand awareness, engage our customers, and drive sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to work part-time and collaborate closely with our Growth and Community out reach Director. The role will participate in the operations of the business to be actively involved with our team. Will help in the kitchen to prep any food needed for any event to make sure it's delivered on time. Will learn how to prepare any catering order to have it ready for pick up and/or will deliver catering order if needed.

(Major requirements for this role: Must be able to pull a trailer)(excellent driving record).

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, kitchen, or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
