Daily Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Training : New team members, aged 16 and older, begin in the kitchen to gain a holistic understanding of our operations, with potential to transition to hospitality based on suitability.
Operational Excellence : Tasks include cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, and preparing the store for peak times.
Product Expertise : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, their ingredients, and preparation methods.
Customer Focus : Preserve a hospitable experience for guests, especially during busy periods, by maintaining a composed demeanor.
Standards Adherence : Follow all hygiene and appearance guidelines.
