Full Time Availability (40 hours)
High School Diploma
At least 2 years of high level kitchen leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Lead team to meet organizational goals. Manage staffing by creating labor schedule. Lead weekly department meetings. Interview, hire and develop team members. Ensure execution of organization strategy. Ensure department meets all brand requirements. Ensure team members love their job.
Compensation
Yearly Salary of up to $80,000
