Mission:
The mission for a Front Counter Team Member is to focus on the customer, from the moment they arrive and throughout their experience at our store, providing each guest with a memorable, remarkable experience. Areas of responsibility include front counter service which includes order taking, delivering meals to guests and assisting to customers needs while maintaining a clean, attractive dining room environment with a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Ensure we are executing proper procedures in order taking, hospitality behaviors, speed and accuracy and provide ongoing feedback to TM and TD
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards
Ensure FOH consistently and systematically meets cleanliness standards (Front Counter, Dining Room, Rest Rooms, etc.)
Use CEM findings to ensure consistency and quality of products and behaviors. Address areas of improvement immediately.
Maintain a Culture of Food Safety
Ensure cleaning checklists are being completed daily
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Ensure FOH Inventory is organized properly
Partner with other directors to execute training and roll-out of new products
Assess current systems and implement ideas for improvement
Benefits:
Salary ranges from $50k-$65k depending on experience and working interview.
