The Lead Trainer will elevate everyone around them to create an excellent experience for team members and guests. Working alongside the Leadership team, the Lead Trainer will continue improving the culture, preserving the Chick-fil-A service model, and upholding our quality standards. A training system aims to develop and train the people coming into our business to cultivate competent, engaged, and fulfilled team members; achieve business results; and create a healthy culture of growth. While overseeing Team Trainers and utilizing seasoned team members, the Training Director is responsible for all new employee training schedules, designing and implementing a training program, and practical on-going training for current team members.
