Responsibilities for Front of House:

Providing our guests with a remarkable experience at the front counter or in our drive-thru. This role includes greeting, order taking, bagging and serving food, while keeping a clean environment. You will need to be knowledgeable about our brand, our products, and the Chick-fil-A One app. You will also need to communicate with our Kitchen in a positive manner as you navigate orders or obstacles.

Additional Information:

You must be 14 years of age upon hiring.

Full time is considered anything over 30 hours (starting wage up to $16 an hour)

Part time is considered anything under 30 hours (starting wage up to $14 an hour).

You must be available at least two Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities for Back of House (Kitchen):

Providing a delicious and fresh product to our guests. This role may include many opportunities – from hand breading our chicken to preparing a fresh salad. Your role is incredibly important to the operation of our restaurant. It is crucial that you are able to communicate with the Front of House in a positive manner as you navigate orders or obstacles.

Requirements:

Eligible to work in the United States

Reliable transportation

Must be flexible to adapt to changes in orders. You must be able to work well under pressure.

Must be able read and write and communicate effectively.

Must have the mobility to handle all equipment.

Additional information:

Must be 17 years of age upon hiring.

Part time is a maximum of 30 hours (starting wage up to $16 an hour).

Full time is a minimum of 30 hours (starting wage up to $18 an hour).

You must be available at least two Saturdays a month.
