We are looking for friendly hospitality professionals who are hard workers, problem solvers, and team players. We are hiring for our front of house team and back of house team - you can also request to be a delivery driver as an addition in your application. Our entire team works together to create a remarkable experience for our guests every day.

Front of House Team:

Our front of house team is the face of our team and the first step in creating remarkable experiences for our guests. We believe that every interaction with a guest is a statement of commitment to our store, team, and community. The front of house team includes our drive-thru, front counter, curbside, delivery, and dining room. These hospitality professionals work together to create a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring orders are received quickly and accurately. In any given shift, you may be a cashier, a bagger, an expeditor, a stocker, in drive-thru, a drink maker, a runner, or more! 

Back of House Team:

Our kitchen is fast-paced and high energy. The back of house team is hyper-focused on producing remarkable food with excellence and accuracy. All hospitality professionals work together to ensure all food safety and cleanliness requirements are met daily. A spirit of team work and attention to detail are critical to the kitchen’s success. Together we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment to ensure our guests that are receiving craveable food, surprisingly fast.
Delivery Driver:

To be a delivery driver you will need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid Texas driver’s license, have a good driving record, have a vehicle to drive for deliveries and be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to:

• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
• Work on Saturdays 
• 16 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Execute the Operator's vision of the restaurant 
• Nurture a growth mindset
• Take real ownership of their area and do not need to be constantly reminded of their responsibilities 
• Punctual with a professional appearance and good attitude 
• Work with a sense of urgency 
• Maintain a clean work environment 
• Consistent and reliable 
• Follow policies and procedures
• Make good decisions and multitask
• Ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain a servant posture towards serving our guests and team
• Takes initiative to plan ahead in all areas
• Be a good stewart of taking care of what is not theirs in the restaurant 
• Help keep inventory properly organized
