Role Summary

Work within the Leadership Team in pursuit of restaurant operations excellence! Specifically, this role is an ambassador, leader, and critical asset in ensuring that Chick-fil-A Perris is successful in the following areas:

• Operations

• Leadership

• Team Member/Team Leader/Supervisor training and development

• Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight

General Responsibilities:

• Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, excitement, integrity, responsibility, commitment, pride, grace, and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, and communication. Servant Leadership.
• Maintain vision alignment with the Owner/Operator and the Director Team
• Develop leaders in a way that leaves them operating as a motivated, high performance team who embodies the vision of the business
• Support the Owner/Operator and other Leadership Team during hiring process, completing resume screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, etc.
• Oversee our Winning Hearts Strategy and completion of goals
• Create, lead, and implement systems that will be the standard for all high-performance teams throughout the restaurant
• Perform daily goal setting and performance feedback to all Team Members and Leaders on all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures
• Ensure responsible cash management during shifts
• Ensure coordination between all team members and leaders
• Other areas: Food Cost, Labor/Schedule, End of Month, Budget Tracking, Leadership Meetings, Food Safety, OSHA compliance, Supply Central, ect.
