Team Members perform guest service and food preparation duties. Guest service job duties
include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash
register. Additional team member duties include operating the drive-thru window or outside
drive-thru area, running orders to our curbside guests, unloading deliveries, preparing food,
and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all
safety policies and health regulations.
